Refunds & Rescheduling

The ₹999 session fee reserves a founder’s time. This policy keeps that fair in both directions.

Rescheduling

Message us on WhatsApp at least 4 hours before your slot and we will move your session to the next available day at no charge. One reschedule per booking.

If you miss the session

A no-show without prior notice forfeits the fee — the slot was held personally for you. If something genuinely urgent came up, write to us; we are reasonable people.

If we cancel or miss it

If Rex has to cancel or fails to join, you choose: a full refund or a priority slot on the next working day. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days via Razorpay.

Payment failures

If money was debited but your booking did not confirm, it auto-reverses by your bank, usually within 5–7 working days. If it does not, send us the payment reference and we will chase it with Razorpay.
